Being houseless usually means being creative with where you store your stuff, and how much you can keep. Maybe you can afford a storage unit, most can't. Maybe you get robbed, maybe you can't carry everything everywhere, etc. That can mean needing the same things over and over again.
It causes uneeded stress for clients and inflation of costs for them as well as service organizations who do their best to keep people stocked up on necessities.
EOC has a small storage unit available for client use, and can schedule drop offs and pick ups. But we need ways to secure belongings to give clients confidence, and keep them separate from other people's things.
These items can be used in the EOC unit, and by the clients themselves at their site if they choose.
